Rates

All our prices are quoted in pounds sterling – payment in euros can be arranged, please ask for the rate.

Cheques are to be made payable to Clare Todd

Prices include French local taxes.

Fresh bread is delivered daily at an additional cost

Bath towels are provided but swimming towels can be hired and paid for locally at 5 euros per towel.

Sheet changes in a two week booking are included in the rate card price. Additional sheets changes are charged at 10 euros for a single and 15 euros for a double.

Goodie Baskets (include coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits, jam, butter, yogurts, bottle of wine and fresh bread delivery, eggs, orange juice, mineral water) starts at 38 euros for two people


Bed and Breakfast off season are subject to a minimum three night stay No Bed and Breakfast in high season

Long bookings (more than 2weeks) and off season (low) are negotiable.

All prices are applicable to the amount of people advertised. Any increase in the amount of people must be noted on the booking form and may be subject to an additional charge.

The rental period is from 5.00pm on the day of arrival and to 9.30am on the day of departure.

Security Deposit - This is payable ON ARRIVAL - either in euros or sterling. We require £100 or 150euros in Cash. The security deposit will be returned within 3 days of your stay in the form of a cheque sent to the address on your booking form. Deductions will be made if required.
